When it comes to meditation for most people the brain jumps to the obvious and we think of buddha, candles, quiet spaces and perhaps a little whoo whoo music.
At the core of meditation, however, is breathing. I'm a lifestyle and public speaking coach and when teaching my clients public speaking, it is once again, ALL IN THE BREATH! The power is when you know how to utilise it. In fact, the breath is at the core of many of the techniques that I use for my clients to really be compelling.
