Besides her awesome talk on women in leadership, we seem to miss what is for me the most engaging aspect of Sheryl's speech. She is one of the most powerful and influential women in the world, yet, courageously rocks vulnerability through sharing the moment her child pleads with her at the airport to not go to work. Indeed, a situation that will resonate with working mum's everywhere who constantly feel guilty in trying to juggle it all. I have met someone who knows someone else who has met her and they described her as this: she is powerful AND human.
